4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Wish Haus does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors that provide website hosting, content management (including WordPress), and analytics services (including Google Analytics) solely to the extent necessary for those vendors to perform services on our behalf. Such vendors are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own independent purposes.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required to do so by applicable law, valid legal process, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wish Haus, its personnel, or the public.

We will provide notice of any such transfer and any choices you may have regarding your information.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are set by WordPress and our hosting infrastructure to maintain the basic functionality of the Site. They do not collect personal information for tracking or analytics purposes.
- Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to visiting the Site. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date of your visit. We do not combine the information collected through Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. You may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by using a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics tracking.
- Third-Party Embedded Content Cookies: As described in Section 2.3, third-party platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo may set their own cookies when you interact with embedded media on the Site.
You may configure your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are set. If you disable or refuse cookies, certain features of the Site may not function as intended.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information submitted through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a client relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship and any applicable limitation period thereafter. We generally retain contact inquiry data indefinitely or as reasonably necessary based on the nature of an ongoing client relationship.
Automatically collected technical and analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of Google Analytics, which may be configured by us for a longer period.
7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
7.1 California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of the State of California, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”), subject to verification of your identity and applicable exemptions. These rights include:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, or comply with a legal obligation).
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Wish Haus does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Accordingly, no opt-out mechanism for the sale or sharing of personal information is required. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism on the Site.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Wish Haus does not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
- Right of No Retaliation: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of quality of service as a result of your exercise of these rights.
7.2 Submitting a Consumer Rights Request
To submit a verifiable consumer request under the CCPA, please contact us using the information set forth in Section 10 below. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) calendar days, or notify you if an extension of up to an additional forty-five (45) days is required.
For verification purposes, we may ask you to provide the name and email address you submitted to us through the Site. We do not charge a fee for processing verifiable consumer requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
7.3 Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a consumer rights request on your behalf. We may require you to verify your own identity directly with us and to provide written proof that the authorized agent has permission to act on your behalf before processing the request.
7.4 California Shine the Light Law
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. As stated above, Wish Haus does not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes and has not done so in the preceding calendar year.
7.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites. Because there is no established industry standard for how websites should respond to such signals, the Site does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to Do Not Track signals from browsers.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not directed to children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of sixteen, we will promptly delete such information from our records. If you believe a child under sixteen has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately using the contact information in Section 10.
9. DATA SECURITY
Wish Haus employs commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure hosting infrastructure, encrypted transmission via TLS/HTTPS for all Site communications, and restricted internal access to contact form submissions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent (100%) secure. Wish Haus cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and disclaims liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
